MESSAGE FROM THE VISIONARY/FOUNDER

 

My name is LaToya Jones-Herbert, and I am the Visionary and Founder of the Young Artist Development Program (YADP), a subsidiary of LTJ Music Group, LLC. 

 

YADP is a performing arts enrichment program that engages students in singing, songwriting, creative writing, and spoken word. We serve students in grades 4–12 (ages 8–17) with a mission to nurture creativity, confidence, and character through the power of the Musical Arts.

Each program package culminates in a tangible project—such as an original professionally recorded song, a student music video, or a school showcase—providing students with a strong sense of achievement and ownership.

 

Our curriculum supports social-emotional learning (SEL), arts integration, and student voice development, aligning perfectly with whole-child education goals. With flexible in-person, virtual, and hybrid options, YADP can serve as an ideal partner for in-school enrichment, after-school programs, or special arts initiatives.
